Kenmore Elite Dryer - not working in Coppersands, Saskatchewan for sale

Full disclosure - it's not working...but I'd hate to see a good unit be thrown in the garbage.
The problem is a burnt out machine control board. I would replace it myself ($240) as its easy enough to change out, but one of the plugs (top blue wire in picture below) was burnt and I'm not sure how to replace it.
If your handy with electronics, then its yours for $10 (pedestal not included). I've included a series of pictures showing the unit and its burnt electronics board...and one dusty image on why it probably burnt out . In the six years I've owned it, didn't know the inside needed to be vacuumed out and the accumulated dust likely shorted it out.
Part needed is: Dryer electronic control board (Part #: W10182366 Substitution: W10174745)
