I have a one bedroom that is conveniently located in Douglas Park, only minutes away from the University, Sask Polytechnic, downtown and Wascana lake. The rent includes utilities, cable and internet. The room is in the upstairs of a house that is shared with a female tenant. The house has everything you need from kitchenware to a TV with a couch and chair. The rental also comes with space in the garage where you could park your vehicle, there are also bus stops nearby. This rental has a shared backyard with outdoor patio furniture, a fire pit and a shared garden. The home also has a washer and dryer with extra storage and freezer space. The move in date is set for June 1st but I would be able to negotiate a date in mid May if needed. I am a young female professional who is looking to share the upstairs of a house with a young, clean and responsible roommate.
