My sister and I (she's 19, and I'm 20, females) are looking for a roommate to share our 4 bedroom house. It's a nice sized house, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. You would be renting a fair sized bedroom, but would have the main bathroom across the hall mostly to yourself (except when I need to shower). The kitchen, living room, and basement would be shared living spaces. There is a huge backyard complete with a deck and a functional hot tub. We have a two car garage, a big driveway, and there is lots of room for parking on the street.
The house is located in East Regina, in Partridge. It's a really nice, quiet neighbourhood, and is super close to all east end amenities.
Rent would be $600 a month and includes all utilities (water, TV, heat, laundry, etc). All we ask is that you buy your own groceries.
We are super friendly and easy to get along with so we are looking for someone that is also friendly and CLEAN! All we ask is that you tidy up after yourself.
We are open to both female and male renters, as long as you're a good fit for us!
