Cub Cadet / IHC 682 in Coppersands, Saskatchewan for sale

Hello, I have a 1984 IHC / Cub Cadet 682 Garden Tractor with 38in tiller and 44 in mower for sale.
This is a restoration project I started but do not have time to complete.
The tractor has had the electric system brought back, new ignition switch, voltage regulator, lights repaired, battery replaced, starter rebuilt, and all new tires.. The hydraulics have been serviced and work fine.
Next on the list engine has small oil leaks, was going to re-build or replace (KT17 Kohler), mower deck needs a spindle, belts and seat cover - the one on the tractor is not the right size and new floor mats.
The tractor has a sleeve type hitch system and the mule deck is is good shape. Paint is in good condition and decals are fair. I did not want to repaint.
The only unit I saw for sale was in the US and it was @$1,300 us and did not have a tiler, so if this is the one for you call and we can discuss $.
