This is one of the models from Sony's series of Smartphone Attachable Cameras. Connects to your smartphone (iPhone, Android, Windows) easily via Wifi or NFC. It's very light, and super portable. Great for casual shooting, and for someone who'd like to take high quality images without getting into typical camera-istic complications. I've had it for about a couple months now, but I actually just opened its seal today. It was meant to be a gift, but I just don't have any use for it since I mostly shoot with my DSLR.
